Albina + Jason | Crouching Lion Hike | Hawaii Wedding Photographer

Man, was this morning special. Albina and I had been in contact for a while, trying to find a date that worked for us. We finally were able to make it out to Crouching Lion. They had just found out they would be moving back to New Jersey for their jobs. They were literally leaving later that day. But they still were down to get to the east side of the island early in the morning for this shoot.

We got to the top and started taking photos - light was perfect, soft, beautiful. But then we went even higher, and that’s where the magic happened. A rainbow literally began to form right behind them. I almost stopped shooting I was so in awe. It couldn’t have been more perfect. It almost seemed like a nice goodbye gift to them from God.
