What a beautiful shoot! I love this palm tree plantation on the North Shore. Especially around sunset - the way the light comes through the trees is unbelievable. I’ve also wanted to do a surf-themed shoot for a while now. This was the perfect couple for both!

Jacelyn and Kainalu just came over from Georgia and have been living in Hawaii for a few weeks. Kainalu is in the military and just starting up his job here. I can honestly say this was one of the most fun shoots I’ve been on. They were both willing to try anything and I’m so glad because I think it shows in the pictures. They are the sweetest and I can’t wait to just hang with them again! That’s the beauty of photography - it brings people together and creates communities.

What a blessed day this was! Weather was perfect for us which was surprising because a big storm was on the way. Hope you enjoy these as much as I do!
